The room had great facilities and the breakfast offered a good selection.
The air conditioning only partially worked, so the room was too hot. My shower produced only scalding water because the cold water did not function. The balcony door did not close correctly or lock, I could hear all street noise. I found this troubling.

Really good Stay Experience

The rooftop terrace provided wonderful views. The complimentary breakfast offered multiple choices. The front desk staff assisted effectively with city navigation. Most staff members demonstrated some English proficiency. I appreciated the help . I liked that I could easily navigate the city.
The location was good, but it was somewhat noisy because of the cars. This was not ideal, though I managed to have a good time.

The hotel is in a good area near multiple attractions. The mausoleum and the lighthouse were easily accessible from the hotel. Several shops and restaurants exist nearby. Transportation options were readily available.

The front desk and the bell staff were very helpful. They provided assistance with navigating the city and arranging transportation. The staff generally displayed strong communication skills. They were responsive to all requests.

FANTASTIC Hotel Experience!

I enjoyed a great two-night stay. The decor looked modern. The balcony gave me a wonderful view. I appreciated the Superior Privilege Suite Balcony. It enhanced my stay. I REALLY recommend it!
The minibar wasn't available even though it was listed as an amenity, a tiny inconvenience
